Minimum Stay: 2 nights off season, week minimum July & August (unless available) Payment:  In full at time of booking

Cancellation:  30 days notice - minus 10% cancel fee.  Less than 30 days notice receives no refund, no swaps.

Deposit: $225 required at registration for any damage or loss.  Camper liability is not limited to the $225 security deposit.  Campers may be required to pay in full for any damages incurred, including any legal fees needed to recoup expenses.

Pets: Absolutely no pets for any reason!

Smoking: Absolutely no smoking!

Check-In: 3:00pm (no earlier).  

Check-Out: 11:00am (must check with office if trying to extend your stay - depends upon availability)

Family Status:  Rentals are for a family of six maximum - one family unit only.

Vehicles: 2 per site - registered - maximum
