Our rates include 2 adults and all of your unmarried children!

Sewer sites and Rentals require one week minimum stay from June through Labor Day, unless available week prior.  Cancellations - within  two weeks of arrival less 10%.  Less than two weeks - no refund, possible swap to another weekend (no cash value).  Cancellations for rentals require 30 days notice - less 10%.  Please read and be aware of all policies.  If you are unsure of any policies, it is your responsibility to contact the office for clarification.  Family is defined as 2 adults and your unmarried children -  at no extra charge!
