Brialee’s Kitchen Team Members work in Brialee’s snack bar and special food events, preparing meals, cleaning, and serving snack bar customers.  

 

  • Must have a friendly disposition
  • Taking guests orders in kindly & efficient manner
  • Restaurant & register experience helpful
  • Responsible for food prep and general cleanliness of kitchen area
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods and move during entire shift
  • Handle guest retail transactions
  • Trained and scheduled to work both the counter, prep, and food service positions
  • Make meals on menu and specials
  • Includes weekends and holidays
  • Operate kitchen equipment, grills, microwaves, toaster, deep fryer, ovens, and coffee maker
  • Maintain a clean & neat appearance
  • Shifts vary between 6 am and 11 pm
