Brialee’s Kitchen Team Members work in Brialee’s snack bar and special food events, preparing meals, cleaning, and serving snack bar customers.

Must have a friendly disposition	Taking guests orders in kindly & efficient manner
Restaurant & register experience helpful	Responsible for food prep and general cleanliness of kitchen area
Ability to stand on feet for long periods and move during entire shift	Handle guest retail transactions
Trained and scheduled to work both the counter, prep, and food service positions	Make meals on menu and specials
Includes weekends and holidays	Operate kitchen equipment, grills, microwaves, toaster, deep fryer, ovens, and coffee maker
Maintain a clean & neat appearance	Shifts vary between 6 am and 11 pm
