Payment is due in full within 30 day days of booking. Rates valid only May through June and September, excluding Holidays., otherwise regular rates apply. Rate includes full use of Brialee facilities and participation in Brialee’s activities and events. Brialee offers catering services for some or all meals, tailored to your needs - quoted upon request. For other group rates in season, please contact Manager for customized rate quote.
Brialee is available to groups, with three adjacent areas. Brialee’s group area will hold up to 100 units. The Meadowlands (sites 180-190) and Rally (sites 205-223). The Woodlands is also suitable for groups, with water, electric, sewer, cable, WIFI, and pond views. (sites 226-269).

The Meadowlands hosts very pretty, open, grassy sites with water and electric, and is located near the bath house and outdoor pavilion.
The Rally Area is host to beautiful waterfront sites, with water and electric, a light tree line, and is near the beach, just a short walk to the bath house and pavilion.
The Woodlands (new expansion) features spacious sites, some waterfront or water views, with water, electric, sewer, cable, WIFI. Close to new bathroom and beach.

Groups may use the facilities during their stay.
- Recreation hall is heated and holds 250 people. It has a beautiful fireplace with a supply of wood for the group to use for creating ambiance with a fire.
- Outdoor covered pavilion. Includes an oversized fire pit and picnic tables. Area under pavilion is paved. Pavilion has lights for nighttime usage.
